Key Activities & Responsibilities: Understand key competitors and their relative strengths/weaknesses Understand customer groups, including why customers buy the product or service Identify critical customer needs and preferences Provide customer feedback to marketing leadership Aid in the construction of the marketing plan Understand basic budget management principles Understand general marketing principles such as segmentation, targeting, and positioning Understand applicable products/product lines and be able to answer basic field technical questions Support sales training initiatives and programs throughout the year Support the on-label use and promotion of all products Understand and support setting price and maintaining product or portfolio margin Aware of commonly used internal/external communication goals, tools, and formats Use appropriate scorecards to track results Track existing KPIs and report back to the organization Requirements of the role: From 2 years of experience in the Medical Devices industry, ideally in a Marketing role Experience with hospital stakeholders (Surgeons, Nurses, Technical Services, Procurement) Native or C2 level of Italian with fluent level of English (C1) Degree in Engineering, Administration, Sales, or Marketing or related experience/training in a medical, scientific, technical field Demonstrated experience in providing strategic support Excellent presentation and interpersonal communication skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple projects while delivering on established timelines Ability to be persuasive in the absence of organizational authority Must be able to understand and work within complex interdivisional procedures and policies Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint) Territory and Travel: Territory: Italy Travel Percentage: 50% Base Location: Rome or surrounding Role type: Hybrid (8 days/month in the office) Who We're Looking For: Hard-Working Winners: Confident, competitive, and results-oriented professionals with a track record of success.
