You will be responsible for people, operations, internal service levels, and process improvements.
You will ensure that all activities within your department are executed effectively.

You lead by example and are good with numbers and fast decision-making.You are highly service and customer-oriented.You have an entrepreneurial mindset regarding production and process optimization, as well as implementing efficiency improvements and changes.You are familiar with key performance indicators and can use them to efficiently manage your department.You are analytical.You have very good IT user skills, and language skills in English would also be an advantage.You are a committed, team-oriented personality with the ability to motivate others; you are persistent and decisive.The locationOur headquarters and logistics center are located in Settala (MI).
