Job Description To develop and strengthen the capacity of individuals and organization through a comprehensive learning and development package, leadership development, and talent development that aligns with business plan and priorities. The deliverables are expected to increase employee engagement, their motivation, knowledge and skill and ultimately to fulfil the needs of the organization.
Main Responsibilities Learning and Development Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive learning and development strategy aligned with business goals. Partner with business leaders across the organization to identify skill gaps and training needs. Design, develop, and implement a variety of learning programs, including instructor-led training, e-learning modules, coaching, and mentoring programs. Manage and develop the Learning and Development team. Stay current on industry best practices and learning technologies. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external learning vendors. Track and measure the effectiveness of learning programs and demonstrate the impact on employee performance and business results. Manage the Learning and Development budget. Oversee learning technology platforms and ensure their effectiveness. Advocate for a culture of continuous learning within the organization. Talent Development Identify current and future competencies / capabilities needed for successful performance in leadership positions that aligns with business needs. Adopt assessment strategy to understand future leader's strengths, developmental opportunities, and succession readiness. Execute comprehensive IDP for selected talent for each position that identify key strengths and areas of development. Work closely with line managers to coach and develop a follow-up program to ensure the development goals are achieved. Qualifications Solid HR knowledge and experiences. Ability to work effectively under pressure, completing multiple tasks whilst working to tight deadlines. Excellent interpersonal and team skills including tolerance and flexibility. Good communication (written and oral) in Thai and English. Computer literacy in MS Office is essential. Demonstrates initiative and self-motivated with can do attitude. Demonstrate readiness to ask positive questions, learn on the fly and embrace change. Education: Master's Degree in Human Resources Development (HRD), Human Resources Management (HRM) or any related fields. Experience: Minimum of 8 years experience in training and development with a focus on Adult Learning. Have direct experience in Organization Development, Modern HR development in competency, Knowledge Management (KM), Talent Development, Certified Trainer, Moodle LMS will be an advantage.
