Your key responsibilitiesFoster a culture of continuous learning with impactful development initiatives at our two Italian sites Latina and CarugateConstantly adjust the people development strategy and succession plan according to the site transformation and evolutionDevelop and deliver a learning portfolio for personal, team and leadership growth, also through assessment toolsImplement key talent and leadership processes such as annual performance review, employee survey and leadership programsLead local projects for corporate initiatives on leadership culture and talent developmentModerate workshops and design and conduct training sessionsWork closely with the Corporate HR Development team in GermanyYour profileDegree in business, HRM, organizational psychology, or a related fieldAt least 3-5 years of relevant work experience in Talent, Learning, and Organizational Development functionsMandatory: native Italian speaking, fluent in English, both written and spoken (essential for communication with headquarters in Germany)Proficient in MS OfficeIdeally an additional qualification as a business coach or trainerHigh emotional intelligence with strong communication and negotiation abilities at all levelsDemonstrated success in achieving meaningful outcomes in a pragmatic and solution-oriented wayIndependent, analytical, and structured with a strong creative drive and initiativeEffective team player, able to work virtually and across diverse culturesWillingness to travel between the Italian sites as well as occasional trips to the HQ in Starnberg, Southern GermanyYour motivationAre you looking for new challenges in a highly competitive environment?
