You will build relationships and collaborates across our global organization, facilitates business growth and inspires the team to deliver significant results. The position is based in Porto Mantovano.Role Responsibilities:You will build and lead teams of Process Engineers, Designers and Automation Engineers, focused on developing highly customized and complex Bioreactor and Fermentor production facilities.You will direct and coordinate the engineering work to ensure that the equipment design is delivered and validated per customer specifications within the planned budget and timelines.You will foster a diverse workplace that enables all participants to contribute to their full potential in pursuit of organizational objectives.You will attract and develop talent to build a scalable organization supporting an aggressive growthYou will implement product & project development methodologies (stage gate process), tools and design capabilities in line with industry norms (CE/UL / FDA/...) and best practices.You will streamline and standardize the 2D and 3D design activities including hygienic design principles , meeting the highest quality standards of food & beverage and pharmaceutical markets. You will also assure compliance with all applicable quality, safety and regulatory standards (FDA, BSI,GMP, Machine Directive PED, …Minimum Qualifications:Engineering degree (B.S/ M.S.) in Mechanical, Electrical or Process Engineering or equivalent technical degree 8+ years ofexperience in machine and equipment design & Automationin the fluid processing industry (process, food & beverage, biotechnology, chemical or oil and gas)5+ years of experience inleading people managers and high-performing teams of experienced Engineers, designers or technicians.Basic knowledge of CAD software (parametric modeling)Basic knowledge of Automation software (PLC, HMI, ...)Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Solid knowledge of applicable regulatory and quality Standards (CE/ UL/ GMP, FDA, …).Ability to travel up to 20%Fluent in English and ItalianPreferred Qualifications:Know-how in development of bioreactors & fermentors or food & beverage processing equipment and clean piping standards. Extensive knowledge of Process Control and P&ID Standard settings.Extensive experience leading cross functional, global product development teams through stage gate product realization process#LI-GP1
