For a leading International Group working in the Entertainment field, I'm looking for a Digital Media & Email Marketing Manager.
The RoleThe company is on the hunt for an innovative, data-driven, and forward-thinking Digital Media and Email Marketing Manager. This role, reporting directly to the Head of Marketing, will supervise all aspects of the paid media planning and email presence, including the website, app, and other digital platforms, while driving the creation of new digital fan experiences.
Responsibilities:Email MarketingDevelop and execute effective email marketing campaigns (ie. ticketing, kit sales, Meet & Greet, Beer & Cheer, family offers) to engage and nurture leads and existing customers.Create and manage email content, including newsletters, promotional emails, and automated drip campaigns.Monitor and analyze email campaign performance metrics and implement improvements.Conduct A/B testing on different ad elements (like headlines, images, and call-to-action) to determine what works best for each audience segment.Segment and target audience profiles based on interests. Conduct analysis and maintain all email KPIs.Experience in reporting and analyzing campaign activity using Pardot reports, B2B Marketing Analytics (desirable), and can make recommendations to the business.Digital MediaDesign and implement paid digital media campaigns in collaboration with the media buying team to maximize ROAS on digital initiatives.Evaluate the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, as well as identify patterns and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.Responsible for content gathering/creation & asset management, including copywriting and multimedia assets in collaboration with the creative team to design appropriate content for each campaign.Stay abreast of digital trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape.Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize our user experience.SEOImplement and optimize SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and website visibility.Conduct regular website audits to identify and fix SEO issues and ensure best practices.Update website as content changes are needed and ensure the site is optimized for SEO.Experience10+ years of Digital and Email Marketing Experience, with 3+ in a leadership role.Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms: Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Ads, SalesForce, Pardot, etc.Experience in SalesForce Marketing Cloud and Account engagement (Pardot), and ideally creating automations in Engagement Studio, managing field and contacts syncing through Salesforce connector, etc.Strong understanding of user segmentation.Strong understanding of marketing KPIs, such as email marketing and marketing conversion metrics.Basic HTML knowledge is desirable.Experience in SEO.Experience in data visualization tools like PowerBI or Tableau.B2B Marketing experience either client-side or agency.Has a 'can-do' attitude and is a good team player.Excellent communication skills, able to liaise with stakeholders, particularly marketing leadership on the client-side.Has a good understanding and strong interest in marketing technology and systems.Passion for soccer and familiarity with the sports & entertainment industry.Proficiency in Italian and English.
