We are looking for a Senior Manager Digital Content (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible.
Duties & Responsibilities
Leads the full digital content production and drives the Project Managers (PM) to the creation of innovative and bespoke content for the customers. Maintains a constant knowledge of the market offer and researches new technical solutions to upgrade Infront's offers to its partners. Participates in discussions with customers and receives initial briefs about the definition of the Content Plan. Defines the feasibility of projects by analyzing costs and resources involved. Designs the big picture of the project, understanding needs and feasibility within the budget available. Leads the team of Project Managers to ensure consistent production patterns and quality across all projects. Defines a shared vision of content quality and a shared route for project execution. Qualifications
5-8 years of experience in a similar function or related field. First degree (undergraduate) or an advanced vocational qualification. Technical Skills
Background in content production (videomaking, post-production). Understanding of the efforts and resources needed for content production. Proven leadership skills. Strong knowledge of the visual communication environment. High interest in social media and new technologies. Good relationship skills. Team spirit. Strong ability to manage last-minute requests. Fast thinking with problem-solving abilities. Languages
Italian (native). English (Advanced). Another language is a plus. What we offer
