We are looking for a Senior Manager Digital Content (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible.
Job Requirements Duties Responsibilities Leads the full digital content production and drives the Project Managers (PM) to the creation of innovative and bespoke content for the customers.
Has a constant knowledge of the market offer and researches new technical solutions to upgrade the Infront offers to its partners.
Be part of the discussion with customers and receive the first brief about the definition of the Content Plan.
Define the feasibility of the project working on the analysis of the costs and the resources involved.
Design the big picture of the project, understanding the needs and how to get it feasible with the budget at disposal.
Lead the team of Project Managers to follow the same production pattern for each project and maintain the same quality level and production style for all of them.
Define a shared vision of the quality of the content and a shared route of how to run the project.
Qualifications 5-8 years of experience in a similar function or related field.
First degree (undergraduate) or an advanced vocational qualification.
Technical Skills Background in content production (videomaking, post-production).
Understanding the efforts and resources needed for the production of content.
Proven leadership.
A strong knowledge of the visual communication environment.
Big interest in social media and new technologies.
Good relationship skills.
Team spirit.
Strong ability to manage last-minute requests.
Fast thinking: ability in problem-solving.
Languages Italian (native).
English (Advanced).
Another language is a plus.
