Join us as a Senior Manager, Business Development and let's make magic happen together.Role OverviewAs a Senior Manager, Business Development, you will develop and execute business plans, assist in creating development plans and forecasts, build outreach processes, promote the product, collaborate across teams, determine lead requirements, ensure pipeline visibility, and maintain key customer relationships.Your mission:Develop and execute business strategies. Create and implement plans to achieve business development goals.Assist in development plans and forecasts. Prepare forecasts and KPIs for organisational and financial planning.Build outreach and expansion processes. Develop processes for outreach, onboarding, activation, and expansion.Promote the product. Evangelise the product and help close major deals.Collaborate across teams. Work with Engineering, Product, and Marketing teams.Determine inbound lead requirements. Establish lead requirements to meet business objectives.Ensure pipeline visibility. Provide full visibility into the business development pipeline.Build and maintain partnerships: Establish and foster key customer relationships.Your ideal profile:Proven relevant experience. You have 6+ years in business development, managing inside BD and AE functions, with a record of exceeding quotas.Analytical skills. You possess strong analytical and quantitative skills.Leadership skills. You demonstrate strong leadership and team-building skills for cross-functional collaboration.Data-driven. You use data and metrics to support your decisions.Problem solver.
