WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE The Senior Maintenance Engineer reports directly to the Maintenance Manager and collaborates with the manufacturing and engineering teams, focusing on technical elimination of losses and waste on the production lines.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: Plans and oversees all repair and installation activities by evaluating a preventive or corrective maintenance strategy based on cost/benefit priorities.Ensures compliance with the Integrated Management System (quality, environment, health and safety at work) procedures and documents related to job responsibilities.Develops maintenance procedures and ensures program implementation.Responsible for increasing Safety Improvements into Machinery Safety matters.Implements UMS (Unilever Manufacturing Standards) on Professional Maintenance.Attends daily meetings in line with Run to Standard approach.Tracks metrics to discover areas for improvement and monitor upgrades.Collects and analyzes processing performance data for continuous improvement.Uses process knowledge to help develop and deliver novel products and processes.Works on the implementation of digital innovations and projects.WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED Skills, Experiences & Qualifications: Educational Background: Engineering Master's Degree, preferably in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering.Experience: Three to five years of previous similar experience.Time Management Skills: Extremely well-organized, precise, and able to multi-task.Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically.Leadership: You are energized by delivering fantastic results.You are humble and have your head up, looking around to interpret evidence and data smartly.Critical SOL (Standards of Leadership) Behaviors: PASSION FOR HIGH PERFORMANCE: Takes personal responsibility and accountability for execution and results.PERSONAL MASTERY: Sets high standards for themselves.CONSUMER LOVE: Always looks for better ways to serve consumers.PURPOSE & SERVICE: Has humility, understanding that leadership is service to others.AGILITY: Explores the world around them, continually learning and developing their skills.Unilever embraces diversity and encourages applicants from all walks of life!
