Senior Legal Officer - Leasing / Banking

The ideal Candidate has a Law Degree and is licensed to practice law. Additionally, he / she has at least 4 to 6 years of experience in a similar role within the Leasing / Financial / Banking sector. The selected candidate will support the Legal & Collection Office with the following activities:
Management of litigation and pre-litigation in the field of leasing (credit recovery, bankruptcy procedures, passive cases, mediations, restructuring, and remarketing activities).Providing legal advice and consultation in civil, financial (corporate business), and bankruptcy law.Management of reporting activities.Reviewing contractual documentation for clients.Handling complaints.Managing contracts for clients, suppliers, and commercial channels.
