Seeking talented Landscape Project ManagersSalary: US $120,000-150,000 per annumJob type: PermanentLocation: New YorkSector: LandscapeJob Ref: 66249About this role A fast-paced, collaborative, multi-disciplinary design firm has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Landscape Architect to join their team in New York. The successful applicant will work on a variety of project types including residential, mixed-use, and hospitality both in the US and overseas.Key Responsibilities:Manage projects from initial concept through to completionWork closely with the Design Director to develop projectsLiaise and consult with clients on a regular basisCoordinate with relevant consultants and stakeholdersLead, manage and mentor the design teamSkills & Qualifications:15+ years architecture and design experienceLocal experience and a great understanding of local building codes and standardsProven project experience working for leading design firmsProficiency using AutoCAD and the creative suite.
