NXP's EMEA Sales Organization is looking for high-energy, competitive, and self-motivated sales professionals who are interested in being a part of a talented international sales team, engaging with customers in deploying the latest technologies.
Your Responsibilities Responsibility for developing and executing Key Accounts strategies to influence and maximize profitable NXP sales at leading Industrial & Automotive customers in Italy in the strategic growth areas of Electrical/Electronics, UWB, Electrification & Vehicle Connectivity, Factory Automation, Power & Energy, Home & Building Automation. Identify concrete areas of cooperation working with NXP experts and "translate" these into contracts which you will negotiate towards a win-win outcome with your customers. Develop appropriate system proposals. This involves close cooperation and communication with NXP's sales and field application engineering teams as well as intensive communication with the responsible NXP business lines. Drive new product definition together with the customer and the respective NXP Business Lines to secure NXP's long-term success in this key market segment. Understand the customer's vision and strategy, opportunities and issues, short and long term. Understand formal & informal hierarchy, decision-makers, collecting insights at the customer. Establish and develop strategic relationships within the account at all management levels. Be measured on the growth of NXP sales and new design wins in your territory. Your Profile Electrical engineering degree or similar. Knowledge about Electronic / Semiconductor products in the Automotive &/or Industrial environment and their usage in these fields. Minimum of 10 years work experience in semiconductor technical sales or field applications engineering. Customer and business focus. Flexibility, motivation, and networking ability are requested for this position at all management levels. Ability to explain complex technical contents in a convincing fashion appropriate to the level of the business partner. Analytical skills to extract key customer requirements and communicate these internally to relevant Business Lines. You have a proven track record of success in a challenging business environment. Ability to maintain technical expertise/competence with the ever-changing technology. Very strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills in both Italian and English.
