Senior It Service Management Consultant

Senior IT Service Management Consultant:HSPI, part of the TXT Group, is looking for a Senior Consultant, expert in IT Service Management, to start a collaboration on a freelance basis (Partita IVA).
The resource will be integrated into one of our major clients in the Energy sector for a 12 month project.Main Responsibilities:Analysis and Optimization of IT Service Management Processes: Identify opportunities for improvement in IT service management processes and support client stakeholders in adopting solutions.Management and Monitoring of IT Events: Analyze and monitor IT events in operation, ensuring proper management of tickets (incident, problem, change) in both infrastructure and application contexts.Coordination of Existing Teams: Lead meetings and actively collaborate with team leaders to ensure effective communication flows and the timely resolution of events.Support for ITSM Tool Usage: Facilitate the use of the HP Service Manager tool by the teams, promoting the adoption of best ITIL practices.Required Skills:Previous experience in ITSM of at least 3 years.Experience in managing and analyzing IT events in infrastructure and applications.Design of IT event management processes.ITIL Certification.Preferred Skills:Knowledge of the HP Service Manager application.What HSPI offers:A stimulating and dynamic work environment.The opportunity to work with a high degree of autonomy and responsibility.The chance to gain experience in an international context.Direct interaction with major clients on both the national and international scene.#HSPI #J-18808-Ljbffr
