Guide stakeholders in the strategic use of technology within the company's production environment. Contribute to the innovation of IT architecture by leveraging IT expertise and adopting a long-term sustainable vision. Design and manage the integration of IT and OT functions and systems while ensuring cybersecurity at all levels and defining transition management strategies and methodologies. Identify and implement continuous improvements to enhance the efficiency, usability, and ease of maintenance of production systems through computer science and data analysis. Manage and autonomously resolve level 2 and 3 incidents and issues in customer's architectures, IT/OT systems, and business applications. Provide technical support for IT/OT systems, primarily focusing on the IT component, within industrial production architectures and systems. Oversee and coordinate specialist technicians from different companies and disciplines throughout the entire project implementation process. Provide technical guidance for industrial automation, IT architectures, and regulatory compliance in the development, design, and commissioning of automation/software for equipment and systems in collaboration with external suppliers and designers. Independently handle situations and issues related to data quality and the configuration/access of resources associated with regulated production. Participate in the management of change requests in the client's IT/OT infrastructure. Operate consciously and safely, following the client's specific IT/OT and general quality guidelines and manuals. Lead and encourage collaboration among cross-functional, inter-company teams. Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Have sound knowledge of database and complex data structures (big data) including basic data processing skills. Have solid knowledge of wire technologies and protocols such as TCP/IP, routing, filtering, DNS. Have solid knowledge of industrial technologies and protocols such as EtherNet/IPTM, CIPTM, ModBus, Profinet, BACnet, Zigbee. Comprehend electronic schemes, both mechanic or processing. Understand more common SCADA, MES, and DCS solutions. Have a basic understanding of SCADA programming. Have a basic understanding of principles related to software planning. Have a basic understanding of production and automation processes. Have solid knowledge of operating systems. Have sound knowledge of the most common virtualization solutions. Have a good understanding of directory systems and distributed authentication management. Have a strong understanding of industry-specific regulatory constraints (chemical-pharmaceutical sector). Possess well-established knowledge of computer networks. Have excellent proficiency in the English language (C1). Exhibit teamwork and independent work orientation. Nice to Have
High-level understanding of project management methodologies. Extensive knowledge of industrial production processes. In-depth understanding of organizational principles and processes.
