Senior It Business Analyst - Financial Services

For a leading consultancy Firm I'm looking for a Senior IT Business Analyst - Financial Services. The profile will join the Technology-Enabled Transformation Insurance Team.
He/She'll work with international Insurance Companies combining technical expertise, proven consulting skills and industry knowledge to help solve their most complex issues.

Key Responsibilities:
As part of the Technology-Enabled Transformation Insurance team, He/She will be involved in:
Technology-enabled transformation projects, where Insurance Companies aim to strengthen their performance by enhancing their business and IT processesManaging workshops with senior stakeholders of Insurance Companies to discuss about target business processes and desired technology/ digital solutionsCreation of functional documentation, such as functional analysis, business process workflows and technical designRequirements: Understanding of Non Life Insurance marketGood appreciation of current Insurance market trends and how these are likely to impact key industry playersTrack record of successful delivery on large scale technology delivery projects for insurance companiesTechnical Skills And Experience: English speaker, B2 level as a minimumFrench or German are strong plusStrong analytical and communication skillsFunctional analysis skillsNice to have Guidewire/EIS Suite knowledgeAgile certifications
