col-wideJob Description:Job descriptionIn this role you will support the inST Italy Regional Head Internal Communication, in the development of internal communications and employee engagement activities aimed at spreading the company culture and vision, as well as in delivering of internal Business communication strategy.You will be part of the Global Internal Communications team, with a focus on developing and delivering internal communication strategies and contents for Italy Region.Key Responsibilities and Activities· Support the deployment of internal communications strategies and employee engagement campaigns;· Pursue an integrated communication approach, leveraging a multi-channel ecosystem (i.e. internal social media, digital signage, intranet, videos, newsletters, e-mails, posters, podcasts), and creating engaging contents;· Ensures internal communications messages are clear and consistent across all channels;· Support the organizations of town halls meetings, webcasts and events (on-site and virtually);· Support in measuring the effectiveness of internal communication campaigns.ProfileExpertise Required• Relevant experience, from 5 to 7 years, in an internal communications role• Experience in a communications team, especially internal communication, for a large organization, working with colleagues in multiple locations and across time zones• Proven ability to build effective relationships with a wide range of internal audiences• Experience with content creation and delivery (i.e. email, newsletters, intranet content, videos, and presentations)Skills• Advanced English written and oral communication skills.• Excellent communication skills – able to communicate in a wide range of styles, appropriate to different individuals, groups, and situations • Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills as well as the journalistic ability to source stories from employees• Analytical skills for interpreting multiple sources of data metrics and content to produce communication collateral.• Understanding of various channels of internal communication in a hybrid and digital environment.• Open minded, flexible, positive attitude, proactive approach• Deal with a wide variety of projects simultaneously, in a dynamic and fast-evolving environment• Excellent Microsoft Office skillsThe Employment search is addressed to candidates of both genders, under Law 10.04.1991 n. 125, as amended by Legislative Decree n. 198/2006 which guarantees gender equality at workPosition locationJob locationEurope, Italy, AgrateCandidate criteriaEducation level required5 - Master degreeExperience level required6-10 yearsLanguagesEnglish (3- Advanced)RequesterDesired start date01/02/2024
