The resources is a specialist in ERP implementation, data migration with a solid cost accounting background. She/He will work closely with the Head of Operations Finance, functional leaders, local plant controllers and subject matter experts during the cost accounting model implementation phase. She/he will play a key role in our global ERP rollout and will contribute to our digital transformation strategy.The candidate main responsibilities will beManage and coordinate resources and timelines ensuring successful project completion.Cooperate with project stakeholders to define a roadmap, milestones, solution and actions to meet the project goalsCooperate with local plant controllers during the cost accounting model implementation and localization phase, being the point of contact between global and local controlling teams as well as with central IT team.Be proficient in gathering and in translating user and/or systems requirements into functional/technical specificationsBe the contact person during the testing process (UAT) to discover errors and issues during the roll out processes.Be accountable for creating and maintaining a solid documentation related to the technical solutions, including manuals for end users.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial accounting and finance with excellent analytical skills.
