About the role We are currently looking for an experienced candidate for a position as Senior Industrial Controller for our Pozzuolo Martesana Plant.
Main Responsibilities: Assures the Industrial Controlling activities (planning, analysis, budgeting, reporting) coordinating the resources managed; Elaboration, in full cooperation with Business Partners, the Budget & Forecast for Opex and Capex; Perform monthly analysis on industrial costs and on investments; Monitoring and guaranteeing the efficiency of the plant through the measuring of productive KPI; Monitoring of stocks in Budget; Studies of feasibility to evaluate new opportunities of investments; Support the evaluation of new product costs; Reporting of economic data; Be the point of contact for administrative, legal, suppliers' activities; Suggest process improvements.
Who we are looking for Successfully completed Business Management studies; 7+ years of experience; Dynamic, proactive approach and ability to work effectively in dynamic environment; Leadership; Excellent analytical and financial skills; FMCG experience is a plus.
