The candidate, with a technical degree (chemical, environmental engineering and/or industrial safety), with 8 to 12 years of experience in Occupational Safety and Environmental Management, will coordinate the delivery of Occupational Safety and ESG Services and in managing and coaching younger resources, both in the workplace and at customer sites.
The activity includes scoping of the required services, preparation of technical specifications, planning and time estimates, check and approval of the studies developed.
We are looking for a person with solid technical experience in the sector, dynamic and eager to compete with challenging projects within a multinational context.
The candidate will:
manage projects, coordinating internal resources and subcontractorsmanage projects from the offer phase (definition of the technical specifications), to the development of the studies, and to the approval according to the internal rulescontribute to the training, growth and development of the skills of the younger colleaguescoordinate with colleagues of other DEKRA international staff, in order to ensure the alignment of methodologies and assessmentsprovide training courses to customersspeak in congresses, conferences and meetings at national and international levels
