Subject matter expert in Italian payroll processing and country legislation; Supports the end-to-end payroll, Time & Attendance, HR administration, and Benefits administration process for all global employees working with the outsourced payroll provider; Executes and delivers assigned HR Services in compliance with all standard operating procedures/policies or other procedures in place and according to defined Service Level Agreement(s); Delivers HR Service support to the HR community, managers, and employees; Shows a customer service mindset and a proactive way of working to serve customers with a 'can do' attitude; Recommends enhancements and simplification of existing processes and procedures based on feedback and experience with customers; Records and manages employee inquiries in an appropriate IT system (ticket tool); Performs data entry into appropriate systems as necessary for assigned HR Services.
Maintains a high level of data quality and accuracy in the systems; Prepares information and documents for external authorities (social security, income tax, etc).
Qualifications for the role 5+ years of experience in HR with a focus on payroll, Benefits, Time Management (white and blue collars payroll processing will be an advantage); Experience working with a global outsourced payroll provider (e.g., ADP); Experience working in an international environment (i.e., a global organization based in multiple countries); A team player with an exceptional customer service attitude; We love a bold proactive, analytical, problem-solving mindset, excellent organizational skills, and a good eye for details; Independently managing own work and the ability to juggle multiple tasks at a given time.
Setting priorities and working time-efficient is essential in this role; Highly experienced with the tool Excel; Good communication skills (written & verbal) in English & Italian are a must.
