About the Role: As the Senior HR Business Partner, you'll work closely with an international HR team, advising senior leadership and spearheading essential HR initiatives. You will manage key areas, including talent management, change management, employee relations, and HR compliance. This role involves leading the development and implementation of HR policies, supporting organizational design, and guiding workforce planning.
Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with leadership to implement core HR strategies focused on culture, succession planning, and talent development.Analyze workforce trends and data to provide insightful recommendations.Manage employee relations, ensuring fair and compliant outcomes.Drive organizational development and change management initiatives.Lead performance review processes, salary reviews, and bonus structures.Oversee payroll operations with external providers and handle onboarding and offboarding.Ensure compliance with labour laws and manage relationships with internal stakeholders.Contribute to global HR projects, aligning with the company's strategic goals. What We're Looking For: Experience: 8+ years in HR Business Partner roles within large, dynamic corporate environments, managing multiple locations and remote teams.Expertise: Proven experience in talent management, organizational development, and change management.Skills: Strong communication, strategic thinking, and project management abilities. Proficiency in HRIS systems and data-driven decision-making.Knowledge: Familiarity with employment laws and best practices in Italian market.
