For this company we have been entrusted to recruit a Senior HR Business Partner.
The position is based in Rome (Italy) (travel for 50% of the time)
The Role
The position will report to the Hr Director Italy.
The manager will manage a team of two hrbp.
The Senior HRBP will be the point of reference for Directors, Managers, key stakeholders and HR colleagues to facilitate people life cycle management for designated Businesses, delivering effective and customer-focused HR Operations.
She/he will shape, develop and deliver HR processes, plans and solutions in line with the needs and priorities of the Company, operating as the departmental HR expert, to advise, guide and support staff and managers. She/he will work closely with internal client groups to improve work relationships, build morale, increase productivity and retention.
Responsibilities: Respond to employees and managers inquiries received and identify themes; manage every day grievance matters; lead and partner with essential teams to investigate serious and sensitive matters; manage day to day relation with local employee representative bodies (union). Manage labour relations if applicable and complex cases with both internal and external parties, while integrating legislative shifts into HR policy and practices. Provide support to enable business transformation; work with business leaders to spot opportunities for organizational development, which will accelerate the delivery of business strategy.? Supervise and monitor Health & Safety matters working closely with designated roles in the company. Coordinate with management to build and execute recruitment, on boarding, training and development activities and initiatives; manage and monitor all recruiting processes related to the area, ensuring correct timing and qualitative level of new hires; collect training and development needs from management; manage the deployment of training and development processes related to the area. Facilitate and manage the performance and salary review process, and succession planning in partnership with management. Provide policy guidance and interpretation; recommend and implement changes as needed. Ensure efficient processing of HR administration for the internal client groups. Leverage complex reports and dashboards to measure and analyse HR and business performance metrics; analyses trends and metrics in partnership with the HR team to develop solutions, programs, and policies. Lead and develop junior HRBPs, work synergically with the other senior HRBPs and Corporate Centers of Excellence to deploy complex HR projects and change initiatives; monitor projects' progress and impact using milestones and KPIs. The Requirements
Minimum 10 years of HR Business Partner, or related business experience, and multi-discipline experiences within HR in multinational organizations, with at least 5 years of people management responsibilities. Proficient experience and knowledge of employment/labour laws. Experience in warehouses contexts. Experience working across countries with diverse cultures and employment practices. Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, Law or other equivalent field Master in HR is a plus Fluent English Office Suite Leadership attitude and able to work independently and with full autonomy Results oriented with the ability to lead projects Able to tactically deal with complex situations Strong interpersonal relationships with different levels in the organization Able to perform under pressure and with demanding deadlines Strong negotiation skills
