In our global community of people from 100+ countries, we listen to each other, actively contribute, and grow together.What you'll do:As Senior Hardware Engineer you will be responsible to design, developing, test, and maintain HW for electronic platformsIn detail, you will:Create and support the design of reliable HW solutions in compliance with internal HW development guidelinesUse of ECAD to design schematic and PCB layout (OrCAD or similar)Creation of components BOM according to internal strategy and guidelinesAssembly of electronic boards, SMD, and TH components and test on the benchIdentify and validate electronic components according to internal strategy and guidelinesDefinition and execution of HW test plan on electronic boards and componentsEnsure HW design in compliance with internal and external Safety (IEC 60335, UL60730, …) and EMC standardsObserve the electronic components market, new technologies and tools for HW developmentAnalyze quality data coming from the market, identify root cause of quality issues, organize and execute quality improvement plans related to HWQualifications: Degree in Electronic Engineering or related fields2 – 5 years of experience in Electronic environmentAbility in electronic assemblyHardware design toolsWhere you'll be:You will be based at the Forlì plant, main base of Food Preparation manufacturing, to collaborators focused on transforming the way the world lives by shaping lives for the better with their work.Benefits highlights:- Flexible work hours;- Extensive learning opportunities and flexible career path.As part of Electrolux, we will continuously invest in you and your development.
