Please note this well ! ) Our Work involves putting Several Brands together for our internal development (we are not an agency), using Brand Guidelines which you will participate in creating, Brand Features including Moodboards, Logo, Landing Pages, Packaging Material, Emailers, Social Media Visuals etc. and Creating Website Wireframes for Our Brands. We are seeking a Senior Graphic Specialist with International Project Experience, to be the point on all digital and print design work, and a key collaborator cross-functionally with the Sales team. This role is responsible for creating and executing Our Digital Assets Across Social, Website, Email, and Other Digital Channels, as well as designing any necessary print collateral or Gift Packaging Design. This person will have experience adhering to, and evolving brand identity standards, and will create new iterations of our visual language to use across marketing channels. Primarily: (we are seeking someone is in love for branding, design, typography and color composition with experience crafting brand systems as well as creating brand elements from scratch). Who you are: · A demonstrable portfolio in design, branding, and ideation and conceptualisation! · A firm grasp of information architecture and content strategy · Strong English verbal, written, and visual presentation skills · Comfortable communicating and advocating for solutions to a broad audience · Surprise superpowers (podcasting? Video production?) · You prioritize building strong relationships, and enjoying the journey · You're kind, curious, and interested in other people's perspectives · You enjoy solving hard problems and learning from others along the way · You're inventive and excited about building something new You will lead the definition and execution of our Brand, through visual storytelling, in collaboration with other marketing and design leaders within our company. Responsibilities: Design and guide asset creation across all channels including but not limited to, email, social media, print, gifting, and website. Be a key production partner to both our creative projects manager and our copywriter, and a key collaborator with other leads in the Marketing and Sales teams to ensure alignment on creative needs and goals. Be the visual lead for creating the visual brand language and create new creative templates and parameters across channels. Develop and maintain new visual identity and branding guidelines, ensuring consistency across all marketing materials, advertisements, and other media. Collaborate with the Marketing Team to develop visual concepts and ideas for projects that align with our objectives, including guidance on production shoots for stills and video assets. Review and approve design deliverables to ensure they meet high standards of quality, creativity, and consistency in a timely manner. Design and develop digital experiences for our corporate website, campaign landing pages, and other web properties. Assist with ad hoc internal design requests, such as merchandise and decks. Manage the planning, design, and implementation of multiple sites and applications across multiple clients simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Lead all phases of user research and analysis needed to inform the creation of highly usable web pages, application interfaces, and other dynamic solutions. Create wireframes, storyboards, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas for websites and applications. Qualifications: 5+ years of in house or agency creative design and production experience working with D2C brands, preferably in the Lifestyle, Fashion, Art, Wellness, or Beauty spaces. You are someone with an impressive portfolio that exhibits a balance of your conceptual approach and technical strengths in a range of projects including brand identity work, digital advertising, web design, event branding, social media marketing, and video content. You have a Strong online and offline portfolio that showcases your ability to make research-driven decisions in the design of responsive web and mobile applications. You are a Results-oriented problem solver with high standards for quality, accuracy, attention to detail, and overall excellence. You have expertise in user research methodologies, user centered design principles and frameworks, and user interface design standards. You have an advanced understanding of user personas, user flows, affinity mapping, and other research tools. You have a strong understanding of the life cycle process of website development (discovery, planning, design, requirements, coding, testing, and user testing and evaluation). You have experience carrying designs from start to finish, from wireframes to delivery of final high-fidelity UI mockups. You have experience establishing and maintaining rapid customer feedback loops to inform design at critical stages. You are a self-starter, motivated, confident and has ability to work independently as well as in a team environment. You have success on projects designed from scratch as well as redesigns for established platforms or products. You must demonstrate comfort and experience in partnering with a copywriter, collaborating with other designers, and working with editors and producers. Digitally-oriented with experience guiding social asset creation, website page design and development of email templates, among other initiatives. Able to work with insights team to incorporate key data feedback to continuously improve creative performance Ability to work collaboratively with in-house colleagues and external vendors alike. High standards of design and finished product delivery. Exceptional attention to detail and organization. Strong competency with the Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, and with preference towards and experience with a design tool to implement for review (i.e. Figma, Sketch). UX experience is a plus. Lead full-scale UX design efforts to include research, blueprinting, and evaluating existing systems. Creative thinker, continual learner, proactive problem-solver, and detail oriented. A complete understanding of typography, composition, hierarchy, and color balance, with in-depth knowledge of design principles and best practices. Experience and/or willingness to work within a Project Management tool to ensure cross-functional alignment and project timeliness. Ability to manage competing priorities, while adhering to deadlines. Portfolio is required for consideration.
