This role will be responsible for leading the global Product Management team, as well as coordinating global product positioning and the development of new product programs.If this sounds like a phenomenal opportunity for your professional growth, join us at Emerson!In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: Develop and lead overall portfolio roadmap for the SBU including new products, features, improvements, cost programs, and rationalization / obsolescence programs Actively manage the financial success of the portfolio, including Orders growth and Sales margin across all World Areas Conduct voice of customer research, visit customers, and attend industry events to understand competitive threats and unmet customer needs Implement annual routine price review to identify price opportunities and build global and regional strategies Develop and maintain product collateral targeted at core industries and applications – content should relate key product features to customer KPIs and/or pains Support and/or provide product training and mentorship to customers and Emerson team members Efficiently coordinate and lead Delegation of Authority (DOA) with world areas Who You Are:You quickly and conclusively take actions in fact-changing, unpredictable situations.
