Senior Footwear Designer

We are looking for a talented and creative Footwear Designer to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of footwear design, along with strong technical expertise of the manufacturing processes and construction methods for sports and lifestyle sneakers.

Key responsibilities Design and develop footwear collections aligned with our client's vision and market trends Create sketches, technical drawings, and specifications for manufacturing Communicate and collaborate with the development team to ensure smooth execution of design concepts into production Present design concepts and adapt them based on feedback from clients Requirements 3+ years of Footwear Design Experience Advance knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign Technical knowledge of the manufacturing process and construction methods for sports and lifestyle sneakers Fluency in English Deep knowledge and understanding of the creative process 3D Capabilities is a Plus Location The position is based in Civitanova Marche Alta - Italy
