Your new adventure Steering and optimizing ongoing accounting processesPreparing data-driven partner settlementsGenerating and exporting transaction data from platform to accounting systemsOptimizing invoice processing and implementing sustainable, tool-based/system-based solutionsOverseeing and managing payment transactions for outgoing invoicesSupporting in year-end closing and preparing management reports Your background A completed degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related fieldMinimum 2-3 years of experience in the finance department of a fast-paced, growing environmentExcellent understanding and practical experience in basic accounting principlesStrong analytical thinking and a problem-solving mindsetExperience with various software applications such as Candis, Moss, Spendesk, and ideally DATEVReadiness and eagerness to thrive in a startup environment with a great team spiritExpertise in MS Office products, especially Excel.Fluent in English; proficiency in German is also highly desirable.
