Join Electrolux Professional Group - as SENIOR FINANCE DATA ANALYST ABOUT THE JOB The Electrolux Professional group (EPR) is embarking on a Finance Transformation program to standardize, automate & document its finance processes and make relevant financial data available online to leadership to take decisions.
We are looking for an experienced Senior Finance Data Analyst to join the team to deliver critical automation projects.
ABOUT YOUR TASKS To deliver a Group solution to automate P&L and BS production on different dimension (.
product, segment, geography…) complex allocations for the production of multiple P&L's and Balance Sheets within a legal entity to deliver business insight into the performance across the different Business Areas.
There is a solution that currently exists in three legal entities for the production of multiple P&L's.
The Senior Finance Data Analyst is responsible for the design and rollout of the solution across the Group.
To ensure the data integrity and design of financial reporting visualized in QLIK including the reporting of integrated profitability by Business Area and product platform.
To act as the interface for the budget between Controlling and the third-party software provider to ensure the application used for sales budgeting is updated and support the users with queries.
Will be a Workstream Lead for key Workstreams as part of the Finance Transformation program.
Taking responsibility for detailing workstream scope, deliverables and the plan.
Ensuring to coordinate the initiatives (including plans) within the workstream.
In close contact with initiative owners regarding status, progress and risk/issues.
ABOUT YOU Graduated in business administration.
Experience in Controlling in companies with an international presence (minimum 5 years).
Team-work attitude with ability to interface all organizational levels.
Solid understanding of accounting principles for financial analysis purposes.
Availability to travel and open to programs of international mobility.
Strategic Thinking: The ability to think strategically and align product decisions with the overall business objectives.
This involves understanding and analysing current financial processes, identifying opportunities, and making informed decisions that use the product to drive value for the organisation.
Domain Knowledge: A deep understanding of the finance processes involved in the generation of performance reporting for the group.
Product Management: Proficient in the end-to-end product management processes including defining product vision strategy, roadmap, requirements gathering, business analysis, prioritisation, and release planning.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Strop collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams such as engineering, IT services, change management along with external suppliers.
User Experience Design: Understanding of UX principles and the ability to champion a user-centered approach to deployment of technology solutions.
This includes gathering user feedback, usability testing and collaborating with users to create an intuitive and user-friendly experience.
Data Analysis & Interpretation: Proficient in analysing data & metrics to derive actionable insights to support data-driven decisions Leadership & Influencing Skills:The capability to lead and influence cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and leaders.
This involves effectively communicating product vision, resolving conflicts, and motivating teams to enhance product adoption.
Agile Methodologies: Familiarity with agile software development methodologies.
This capability includes service as a product owner collaborating with development teams and ensuring iterative and incremental product development.
