What youll do Prepare and post daily revenues and banking documents.
Reconcile review and submit quarterly and or monthly VAT.
Review all payments and submit for bank load and approval.
Complete bank reconciliations.
Reconcile PAYE payments to payroll software and ensure HRMC portal managed.
Manage the hotels accounts payable and receivable functions.
Conduct internal audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with financial policies and regulations.
Maintain accurate and uptodate financial records.
Manage payroll processing and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Reconcile bank statements and manage cash flow.
Ensure compliance with all local state and federal financial regulations.
Assist in the preparation for external audits and liaise with external auditors.
Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard the hotels assets.
