Key Responsibilities: Define Home Devices requirements and architecture, assuring harmonization across countries and accesses.
Develop new devices, services and components toward a consistent and efficient solution.
Provide technical Home Devices expertise to Group Networks and Group Commercial organization in new home devices and related services.
Transfer technical knowledge to Group and Local Marketing teams, to facilitate Homegateways and related services adoption decisions.
Key Accountabilities and Decision Ownership: Analyze and validate product and technical requirements of GN and Group Market deliverables.
Design Home Device architecture and requirements for new products and services.
Harmonize processes and designs across home devices and fixed/FWA solutions.
Engage with local market teams to identify and execute harmonization opportunities.
Key Performance Indicators: Fulfillment of 100% of products/services/projects/networks defined in plan, in line with defined strategy and business objectives.
Internal & External Customer experience according to market targets.
Must Have Technical / Professional Qualifications and Experience: Excellent understanding of telecom networks & services (fixed & mobile).
Have an E2E perspective.
Experience with large multi-vendor (ODMs, Chipset, Core Network) projects.
Conceptual & Analytical thinking.
Able to challenge given solutions and capitalize on innovation opportunities.
Cooperation within multinational teams and communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
University degree in Engineering.
Minimum 5 years of experience in development of Home Devices and network services.
Experience in working on complex projects/programs.
Relevant experience in Home Device products and advanced service solutions.
