We are seeking a Senior Email/Lifecycle Marketing Manager to join our Reverse Tech remote team.
In this role, you will be instrumental in developing and implementing comprehensive email and lifecycle marketing strategies that enhance customer engagement, retention, and overall lifetime value.
You will collaborate closely with various teams to ensure that our messaging and campaigns resonate with our audience and align with our overarching mission of improving lives through innovative digital solutions.
Requirements Lead, develop and execute end-to-end email marketing strategies to engage and nurture our customers throughout their lifecycle.
Manage and optimize email and customer engagement campaigns, including A/B testing, segmentation, and personalization to drive higher engagement and conversion rates.
Analyze campaign performance, derive actionable insights, and implement necessary adjustments to improve results.
Familiarity with analytics tools is essential.
Collaborate with Product, Creative, and Data teams to create compelling email content, design, and overall strategy.
Monitor industry trends and best practices in email and lifecycle marketing to keep our approach innovative and effective.
Utilize tools such as CRM and email marketing platforms to automate and optimize customer journeys.
Strong plus if you have experience in app marketing: utilizing push notifications, in-app messaging, and SMS marketing as part of a comprehensive lifecycle strategy.
Skills needed: 5+ years of experience in email marketing, lifecycle marketing, or a related field, with a proven track record of driving results in a B2C digital marketing environment.
Exceptional understanding of email best practices, deliverability, and compliance.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable strategies.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a creative flair for crafting compelling narratives.
Familiarity with CRM tools (Braze, HubSpot and more) and email marketing platforms (e.g., Klaviyo, Mailchimp).
Experience working in a remote team and managing cross-functional relationships effectively.
Creative and innovative mindset, with the ability to experiment and adapt strategies based on performance insights.
