Adecco Italia S.p.a. is looking for a Senior Electronic Designer for direct placement at an innovative company in the bio-robotics sector based in Pisa.
The resource, inserted within the R&D team, will report to the Lead Electronic Engineer and will be responsible for the following tasks:
Implement and verify electronic hardware for medical robots and their components.Must be able to report progress and milestones relative to the overall development project.Design and development of complex electronic boards, embedding motor drivers and sensors.Additional responsibilities include contributing to multiple areas of electronic development, including but not limited to the following:Managing the electronic labsOperating electronic measurement equipmentDeveloping firmwareCoordinating the procurements of components and external services Skill Requirements: Master's Degree in Electronic or Electrical Engineering;Professional background in robotics and automation industry designing electrical systems for actuation of motors and sensing.Experience designing complex printed circuit boards (PCB);Knowledge of power electronics, driver for electric motor control, signal amp and sensors acquisition;Experience selecting and integrating off-the-shelf components;Professional use of CAD systems (Altium preferred);Strong ability to isolate and debug embedded hardware problems;Comfortable with all phases of the product development lifecycle including design, implementation, debug, verification, qualification, and transfer;Strong inter-disciplinary understanding of mechanics, manufacturing, control, and software;Good communication and documentation skills, generation of formal design documentation, review, and control;Excellent written and oral communications skills;Professional written and spoken English (C1);Experience in electronic design and development according to medical device ISO regulation is a plus.
