Adecco Italia S.p.a. is looking for a Senior Electronic Designer for direct placement at an innovative company in the bio-robotics sector based in Pisa.
The resource, inserted within the R&D team, will report to the Lead Electronic Engineer and will be responsible for the following tasks:
Implement and verify electronic hardware for medical robots and their components.Report progress and milestones relative to the overall development project.Design and develop complex electronic boards, embedding motor drivers and sensors.Contribute to multiple areas of electronic development, including:Managing the electronic labsOperating electronic measurement equipmentDeveloping firmwareCoordinating the procurements of components and external services Skill Requirements: Master's Degree in Electronic or Electrical Engineering;Professional background in robotics and automation industry designing electrical systems for actuation of motors and sensing;Experience designing complex printed circuit boards (PCB);Knowledge of power electronics, driver for electric motor control, signal amplification, and sensor acquisition;Experience selecting and integrating off-the-shelf components;Professional use of CAD systems (Altium preferred);Strong ability to isolate and debug embedded hardware problems;Comfortable with all phases of the product development lifecycle including design, implementation, debug, verification, qualification, and transfer;Strong inter-disciplinary understanding of mechanics, manufacturing, control, and software;Good communication and documentation skills, generation of formal design documentation, review, and control;Excellent written and oral communication skills;Professional written and spoken English (C1);Experience in electronic design and development in accordance with medical device ISO regulation is a plus.
