Senior Electrical Engineer Responsibilities: Deliver projects in accordance with agreed time schedules at various stages including feasibility/planning/preparation of tender stage technical drawings, specifications, and production of construction drawings and design compliance monitoring at construction stage for Power Plant Stations and HV-MV Substations; Coordinate with client project team and internal team disciplines within Mott MacDonald Group including Civil, Mechanical, Instrumentation and Control, and Environmental; Produce Engineering reports, drawings, and calculations; Enhance our business development and deliver projects in new technologies including renewable energy; Coordinate the delivery of project tasks and deliverables within tight deadlines and multidisciplinary environments; Perform thorough and conscientious checking of own and others' work; Support project planning; Operate in accordance with corporate health and safety, environment, and quality standards; Undertake own continuing professional development; Design and protect HV/MV/LV Systems; Potentially travel abroad to offices and/or sites. Minimum Requirements: Master's Degree in electrical engineering with experience particularly for thermal power plants and/or HV electrical systems; Fluent written and verbal English; Competent with MS Office suite programs; Ability to work on own initiative on technical matters and manage their own time and that of others; Willingness to mentor junior engineers; Attend project design meetings and site visits; Good knowledge of the following software packages is preferred: Office, Autocad, ETAP or Digsilent.
