In particular, the Drilling Maintenance unit focuses on maintenance activities for drilling plants such as Drillmecc series HH and MAS6000, carried out on drilling sites and at the Maintenance Services headquarters in Larderello.

What you will do: Your maintenance activities will involve both mechanical/hydraulic and electrical/electronic aspects of the drilling plant (e.g., HPU, Power Tong, Carousel, Manipulator, Rod Store, Mouse Hole, PCR, Top Drive, Torque Wrench, Driller Cabin, etc.)
and will include: Scheduled maintenance of first and second level (as per manufacturer manuals).
Accidental maintenance, including the replacement of spare parts due to failure.
Troubleshooting activities in case of plant downtime.
Management and on-the-job training of junior Enel workers.
Supervision of specialized third-party companies (e.g., Drillmec) when specific scheduled or accidental maintenance activities are outsourced.
Supervision of third-party companies specializing in second-level maintenance activities.
Commissioning of the plant after moving or returning to service from scheduled revision.
Implementation of upgrades to machinery and operational and maintenance processes as necessary for functionality improvements or component obsolescence.
Technical management of contracts for spare parts orders and maintenance service activities.
Management of spare parts inventory for drilling plants.
Required Knowledge and Experience: Educational Qualification: Technical or professional diploma (five years).
Technical Skills Required: For electrical and electronic components: Knowledge of low voltage electrical systems.
Knowledge of PLC-controlled automation systems.
Familiarity with Siemens Simatic S7 PLCs.
Knowledge of ABB ACS800 and ABB DCS800 drives.
For mechanical and hydraulic components: Ability to read mechanical drawings.
Basic knowledge of design software (e.g., Autocad; 3D Cad).
For both specializations: Knowledge of electric, hydraulic, and pneumatic drives.
Ability to read hydraulic diagrams, PID, and electromechanical diagrams.
Knowledge of Lock Out Tag Out safety procedures.
Familiarity with ATEX regulations.
Intermediate level of English is required.
Experience Required: At least 3 years of experience in mechanical or electronic maintenance of drilling plants or at least 3 years in industrial automation maintenance.
Experience in site work and maintenance resource management.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience in maintenance of various components such as hydraulic systems, hydraulic valves, centrifugal and alternative pumps.
Experience in repair machine tools for various components.
