Job summary
MISSION:
Manage and archive general documents regarding the specific project (technical engineering documents, from the vendor and the client): checking the formal accuracy, guaranteeing the availability in the business database and the conformity of the project's schedule, tracking the delivery of the documents received (if requested).
Make the project technical handbook for the client, manage and archive all the technical documentation needed.
TASKS:
Manage all the document received and forwarded (DBI – external clients/Vendor). Register all the documents in the projects Document List (technical docs.) or in Vendor Document Submission Log (vendor docs.). Archive the documents in the documents system eB after their verification about their formal quality. Make transmittal to the Client, Forward comments/acceptance to the vendors, Following-up with the engineering depts. to have comments /acceptance of the documents to send to the vendors. Make report for the Client periodically (document List and Vendor document submission log. Verify the completeness of the documents received to proceed to the payment of the invoices. Expedite the Vendors. Following-up for the technical approval from the competent department. Report possible lacks to the PM. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Information Management; 8 + years of experience in document control and records management; 5+ years of experience in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical or Chemical sector; Fluent level of Italian and English (written and spoken). OTHER DETAILS:
