The Senior Director, Supply Chain – International is responsible for end-to-end supply chain management for the International Sports Entertainment business.
The product portfolio includes collectible trading cards and non-sports entertainment toys/novelties.
A successful candidate will have significant experience in manufacturing operations, preferably with highly configurable products, and will be responsible for delivering balanced operating results in the areas of planning, purchasing, quality, and manufacturing by partnering with external partners.
Responsibilities: Manage cross-functional planning, procurement, manufacturing quality, and logistics teams in support of International trading card production.
Direct and coordinate supply chain and manufacturing operations functions through strategy, resource optimization, and capacity analysis.
Manage business relationships across a diverse array of print, finishing and packaging suppliers.
Lead vendor qualification and SLA initiatives across domestic and international supply chains.
Coordinate manufacturing quality and compliance functions in cooperation with manufacturing partners and licensors.
Develop and implement logistics solutions in support of the growing footprint of operations.
Create, implement, and maintain cost estimation and evaluation tools and provide RFQ process support and analysis to brand and finance teams.
Build strategic partnerships and oversee capacity forecasting, creation, and implementation through partnerships to support international expansion.
Develop and implement efficiency and efficacy measures to ensure timely and efficient operations.
Create a One-team approach for SC related employees across the world, and best practice development and execution.
Assist in PLM and ERP implementation initiatives.
Qualifications: 10+ years of supply chain experience, preferably with highly configurable products.
Bachelor's Degree with a preference for MBA.
Proficiency in Excel.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to present ideas to a diverse audience, including executive leadership.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple cross-functional projects.
