Our target salary for this role ranges from 70.000 – 87.000 EUR per year plus additional bonus and benefits.
Your responsibilities Lead design on multiple product programs from sketch to shipping.
Contribute to various design initiatives such as design language exploration and new technology development.
Collaborate with cross-functional partners to shape category-defining products through exceptional HW user experience.
Your background Educational Background: You hold a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design or have equivalent experience.
Professional Experience: You have over 8 years of experience in delivering complex products, such as automotive, consumer electronics, or technical furniture.
In-house experience is essential.
Leadership and Project Management: You have a proven track record of leading multiple design projects and successfully launching complex products.
Collaborative Spirit: You excel at working closely and harmoniously with cross-functional partners, bringing a cooperative and supportive approach to teamwork.
Creative and Technical Expertise: You bring a wealth of expertise in exploring and refining ideas through hand sketching, 2D and 3D visualization, and 3D CAD modeling.
You have hands-on experience with physical prototyping and a deep understanding of human factors.
Design Passion: With your practical design skills and a solution-oriented mindset, you are dedicated to creating products that are not only beautiful but also intuitive and user-friendly.
You are a creative optimist, deeply passionate about design both as a practice and as a perspective.
Communication Skills: You possess excellent storytelling and communication abilities, excelling in visual, verbal, and written forms.
Organizational Skills: Your profile is completed by outstanding time management, organizational, and prioritization skills.
Language Proficiency: Fluency in English is essential, and proficiency in Italian would be a lovely bonus.
