Overview :
As a Senior Demand Planner for Italy, your main mission will be to build the demand plan for the market for Stationery and Shaver categories, in collaboration with Sales, Marketing and Finance. In addition, transversal responsibilities are full part of the position to develop other competencies and leadership, such as Key User or process owner. Joining BIC Demand Planning team Europe means joining a dynamic and agile team, promoting team spirit and is ready to take up challenges.
What you'll do:
Build a 24-months horizon Demand plan in our forecasting tool Blue Yonder, using all the data available (sales history, promotion plan, sell-out data).
Be a business partner to Sales and Marketing teams providing strong analysis on trends and challenge assumptions when relevant.
Prepare and lead the monthly local Demand Review to get Top Management sign off on the Demand plan.
Analyze the forecast accuracy and bias results at country/category level and propose actions to achieve and improve those KPIs.
Collaborate with Supply teams to secure product availability, with a strong focus on TOP SKUs, key promotions, and new listings.
Projects you'll work on:
Support the transformation to IBP (Integrated Business Planning Process), improving local demand reviews, collaborating closely with S&OP leaders.
Actively participate in the continuous improvement of the processes and tools.
Be a process owner and/or Key user for the European team: transversal communication, challenge of the team, improvements, project management.
What we are looking for:
You have at least 4 years' experience within a similar position (supply chain x-functional experiences are a plus).
You have analytical skills with the ability to analyze figures, challenge, draw conclusions and provide recommendations with strong business orientation.
You describe yourself as structured, flexible, and a team player.
Bi-lingual in English and Italian. Any other language is a plus.
Experience working with Blue Yonder is a plus.
