What you will do: Leverage your strong knowledge of PostgreSQL and Patroni cluster technology.
Manage connections efficiently with/without the use of PG bouncer.
Utilize PostgreSQL extensions to scale distributed PostgreSQL features.
Apply your extensive knowledge of NoSQL DB, like MongoDB, to handle high volumes of data.
Implement concepts of message queuing, indexing, high-availability and high-performance data.
Profile and trace databases to identify and resolve potential issues.
Apply your strong understanding of Linux/Unix operating systems and tools.
Manage data effectively, ensuring permission control, recovery processes, security measures, and monitoring systems are in place.
Utilize Kubernetes expertise if available.
Apply knowledge of Key-Value Stores if available.
What you will bring: Bachelor's degree in computer science or relevant field, higher degrees are additional advantage.
At least 5 years' experience in Software field and 3+ years in database expertise roles.
Any relevant certifications are big plus.
Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills in English and ideally one more language: French, Italian, or German.
