This position reports into the Associate Creative Director (UK), works closely with the Account Manager and cluster lead (ITA) and directly with clients to manage and deliver high quality creative.
You will develop and elevate new and existing components and content, meeting short turnaround times and managing multiple requests and deadlines.
You will collaborate with a small team of 3D and Creative Designers across the account to ensure all aspects meet brand standards & consistency across two key areas: 1.
Artwork briefs for multiple in store comms including windows and launch zones.
2.
Full conceptual creative briefs including upfront creative ideation for multiple delivery requirements; 2D and 3D store builds and or stills/motion shoot assets.
Achieving all the above by working closely with the Account Manager/cluster lead to ensure all client requests are being met and to facilitate an easy handoff between regions and time zones.
This is a hybrid working opportunity based at our Milan office with the commitment to 3 days a week in the Milan office.
Please note that fluency in English and Italian is required for this role.
Key responsibilities Work collaboratively with all levels of 3D and Creative Designers to help conceptualize and develop graphics, branding and visual systems for in store comms, from initial brainstorms to final file production.
Able to rethink and transform complex, busy content into strategic and easy to understand layouts.
Ensure all final graphics and layouts align with brand guidelines.
Participate in design workshops directly with the client as needed to ensure design elements are meeting client vision and standards.
As well as offering new creative solutions and ideas.
Successfully project manage requests from a variety of clients, and balance workload to meet all deadlines.
Take part in creative ideation sessions with the creative team and Associate Creative Director.
Creative check ins on job progression with Associate Creative Director before sharing with client.
Creative Presentation skills, selling your work into client.
Knowledge, Skills + Experience BA/BS in Graphic Design or related field & relevant work experience in graphic design.
Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
Expert in interactive PDFs and Adobe Acrobat Pro.
Experience in Google Suite, especially Google Slides.
Experience pre-flighting and preparing digital files for print.
Strong attention to detail, keen eye for 'on-brand' implementations, composition and design fundamentals.
Solid experience with vector graphics and photo editing.
Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve effectively.
Flexible and able to adapt to the changing needs of the business.
Self-starter and effective problem solver who thrives in ambiguous and fast-paced environments.
Ability to communicate conceptual ideas and openness to feedback & collaboration.
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build good working relationships.
Fluent in Italian and English.
Genuine interest in the brand/sports fashion industry with relative retail design experience.
Knowledge in Cinema 4D or Blender 3D design software (nice to have).
