Key Accountabilities Contribute to the development of Euronext's legal framework and policies in relation to regulatory and legal matters (business law, contractual law, corporate law, Intellectual property law, competition law). Review the terms of business for Euronext's regulated products/services and update these to ensure they are compliant with regulatory laws and the commercial requirements of Euronext. Contribute to the development and implementation of regulatory enforcement policy, procedures and guidance. Assess and respond to information and concerns and/or issues raised by market participants, investors and other stakeholders. Your Profile Ability to maintain excellent relationships with colleagues in other business areas, external bodies and key stakeholders such as senior management, external legal counsel and other relevant regulators. Ability to analyse evidence to form a view on whether a regulatory/legal breach has occurred, what action to take, what further evidence may be needed and how this evidence might be obtained.
