• Contribute to the development of Euronext's legal framework and policies in relation to regulatory and legal matters (business law, contractual law, corporate law, Intellectual property law, competition law).
• Review the terms of business for Euronext's regulated products / services and update these to ensure they are compliant with regulatory laws and the commercial requirements of Euronext.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of regulatory enforcement policy, procedures and guidance.
• Assess and respond to information and concerns and/or issues raised by market participants, investors and other stakeholders.

Your profile
• Ability to maintain excellent relationships with colleagues in other business areas, external bodies and key stakeholders such as senior management, external legal counsel and other relevant regulators.
• Ability to analyse evidence to form a view on whether a regulatory/legal breach has occurred, what action to take, what further evidence may be needed and how this evidence might be obtained.
• Ability to apply legal analysis in principle to real life scenarios.
