Job DetailsWe are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Copywriter to join our Customer Engagement team.
Reporting directly to the SVP of Customer Engagement, the Senior Copywriter will play a pivotal role in developing compelling and effective marketing copy across various channels.To succeed in this role, you must have a driven and a growth-oriented attitude.
The successful candidate will be comfortable with ambiguity and able to navigate the fast-paced nature of Tradu.You must be a customer advocate and have a deep understanding of our target audience.
You will know our product inside out and be naturally curious to stay on top of the latest trends.You enjoy being creative and innovative and have the instinct to anticipate and respond to changing customer needs and preferences, before they happen.
Lastly, You will need to be a collaborative and inclusive teammate, with a willingness to listen to and learn from diverse perspectives quickly.
You must be able to foster and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and be a champion for the brand and its values.
Primary responsibilities (not limited to) Collaborate closely with the marketing, product and customer engagement team to develop concepts and campaigns based on the brand and messaging guidelines.Write clear, engaging, and persuasive copy for a wide range of channels including email, in-app messaging, push notifications, SMS and more.Tailor messaging to target specific audience segments and demographics while maintaining brand integrity.Conduct thorough research on industry trends, consumer behaviour, and competitor strategies to inform copywriting decisions.Ensure all copy created is reflective of the onsite experience or customer journey it is in relation toParticipate in workshops and contribute creative ideas for campaign development and execution.Work closely with designers to direct and bring your copy to life.Work closely with the brand team to ensure all messaging is consistent, ideas are shared and areas of opportunity are explored.Manage the archive of copy, copy policies, documentation and team training to ensure processes flow seamlessly.Proactively ensure that the journeys and any relevant content are aligned with the customers' experience and expectations Review and edit copy to ensure accuracy, coherence, and adherence to brand guidelines.Review analytics to understand the impact copy has on engagement and revenue, recommending areas of change/optimisation.Become a customer advocate- understanding our product inside out.
Requirements Previous experience in trading, Fintech, Banking, Crypto or Gamling (highly desirable)Experience work on a re-brand and start up (highly desirable)Exceptional writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail and grammar.Demonstrated ability to develop creative and effective marketing campaigns across various channelsDemonstrated experience training teams and building out copywriting processes/guidelines.Strong understanding of branding principles and the ability to maintain brand voice and tone consistently.Excellent communication skills.Bachelor's degree in marketing, Journalism, Business or related field.Excellent written and spoken EnglishProficient using Microsoft OfficeAbility to work independently and in a team environment Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlinesCapable of thinking out-of-the-box and developing new ways of working.Excellent with time management and ability to multitask Please attach a portfolio as an additional file or link in the CV.Hours: 40 hours/week - Monday to Friday.
