Base Salary: $100,000-$130,000

Senior Controls Engineer (PLC programming exp. req.) DescriptionOur client, a project-based automation company located near Allen, Texas, is seeking a collaborative and passionate Senior Controls Engineer to join their team. Their team continues to be in growth mode and is adding more engineers to keep up with new business. This role will involve designing, installing, and modifying integrated systems for their customers across a variety of verticals. Additionally, you will be responsible for creating customer simulations, demonstrating the startup sequence of the equipment and device functionality, and providing technical support.

Senior Controls Engineer (PLC programming exp. req.) ResponsibilitiesSet up, configure, and troubleshoot complex systemsEngage customers by reviewing schematics and delivering guidancePartner cross-functionally to ensure project deliverablesProgram and troubleshoot PLCs and HMIsConduct simulations to review and test the functionalityDrive efficiency, product quality, and flawless performanceStay ahead of the curve through continuous educationDesign components and automation strategiesTravel to client sites, delivering installation, testing, and supportSenior Controls Engineer (PLC programming exp. req.) QualificationsBackground as a project lead overseeing project scope and deliverables requiredRockwell experience including RSLogix 5000, Studio 5000, ControlFLASH, & RSLinx requiredAllen Bradley hardware setup and configuration experience requiredProficient with Control Logix and Remote I/O Racks including 1756 (CLX) requiredHMI programming experience requiredAbility to travel 30-40% domestically and minimal international travel
