MAIN DUTIES AND AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY Preparation of the strategic plan, budget, and quarterly/annual forecastsIndependently monitor, analyze, clarify and interpret deviations from the strategic plan, budget, and forecastsPreparing reports in accordance with International Financial Reporting StandardsExecution of monthly financial statementsAnnual standardized financial calculation, control, and coordinationControl of annual financial statements and reporting to the HQMaking and reporting future financial performance forecasts together with relevant departmentsAnalyzing the differences between budget and actual costs, identifying performance deviations, and taking corrective measuresProviding cost control by providing reports to business unitsResponsibility for cost-related financial data and keeping it in the systemIndependent project management and collaboration for the implementation of strategic projects as well as appropriate/persuasive presentation and decision-oriented discussion with managementProviding support to external auditorsSKILLS, EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS Education level
• University graduate, preferably with a bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Master's degree is preferred.
Experience
• At least 7 years of experience in financial reporting
• Experience in business control or as a finance partner is advantageous
Knowledge and Skills
• Open, proactive personality
• Independent, precise, and efficient working style and solution-oriented approach
• High degree of reliability, persuasiveness, flexibility, and very good organizational, collaboration, and communication skills
• Very good MS Office skills, especially Excel
• Very good SAP knowledge
• Very good spoken and written English skills
• Strong planning, time management, communication, presentation, and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a multicultural environment in an international group
