For our client, an international corporate leader in the supply chain field, we're looking for a Senior Controller . Responsibilities: In your new role you will provide counsel to the Business with regards to management control activities in a business partnering perspective. Your main accountabilities will be: Managing close, forecast and Budget in collaboration with the controlling team. Check cost allocation and management and suggest improvements or changes. Act the role of business partner within the organization, producing reporting, insights and analysis to drive our growth. Develop an internal dashboard on the most important business KPI's, in collaboration with the rest of the organization and cluster controllers. Map key finance processes by drafting procedures and where required develop tools / templates. What you'll need: In order to be successful in this role you'll have: A Bachelor or Master's Degree in Industrial Engineering or Economics. At least 4 to 6 years of experience in a similar role or in consultancy firms – Supply Chain Business experience is a plus. You have solid competence with respect to the main techniques of economic and financial analysis, budgeting, reporting using IAS/IFRS accounting standard. Well-developed Excel, Power BI and Power Point skills – SAP is a plus. Fluency in both Italian and English. Curiosity, an analytical mind, attention to detail and a great stakeholder approach. A teamwork attitude and a proactivity mindset. Focus and goal orientation. Outstanding interpersonal skills and you know how to interact at all levels, especially with management.
