Control Algorithm Development: Design, implement, and optimize control algorithms for electric traction systems and brushless motors to meet performance and efficiency requirements.
System Integration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate control strategies into overall vehicle systems, ensuring seamless operation and compatibility.
Modeling and Simulation: Utilize modeling and simulation tools to validate control algorithms, analyze system behavior, and make data-driven improvements.
Testing and Validation: Develop testing procedures and conduct validation tests to ensure the robustness and reliability of control systems in real-world scenarios.
Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to enhance the performance and competitiveness of our electric traction solutions.
Documentation: Prepare clear and concise technical documentation, including control system specifications, test plans, and validation reports.
What do we expect from you?
Master's or Ph.D. in Electronic Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Control Systems, or a related field.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in control system development, specifically in the automotive sector.
Proficiency in MATLAB/Simulink, C/C++, and other relevant programming languages.
In-depth knowledge of electric traction systems, brushless motor control, and power electronics.
Experience with model-based design and simulation tools for control system development.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Fluent in both Italian and English is a must.
