Senior Contract Administrator Engineer
Duration: 30 months - Full time contract

Summarized Job Description or List of position Responsibilities/duties:Oversee the entire contract lifecycle, from drafting and negotiating terms to execution and closure. Ensure that all contracts comply with legal and regulatory requirements Maintain accurate and organized records of all contracts, amendments, and correspondence. Monitor contract performance and compliance, ensuring all parties fulfil their obligations. Manage contract modifications and amendments, documenting changes and ensuring all parties are informed. Risk Management Prepare regular reports on contract status, performance metrics, and compliance for management and stakeholders. Analyse contract data to identify trends and inform decision-making.. Collaborate with procurement teams to prepare bid documents, evaluate vendor proposals, and negotiate contracts. Work closely with procurement, finance, and project management teams to ensure effective contract execution. Participate in project meetings to provide insights on contractual matters and support project success. Contract Law Knowledge.
Minimum Academic Qualifications:
• BSc or higher in the oil & gas sector (not less than 10 years' experience.
Minimum Work Experience:10 Years for Graduate engineers 20 years Non graduate engineers including experience at oil & gas engineering & design sectors Minimum Relevant Experience:5 years experience or 4 EPIC projects Other:Proficiency Level in English Computer skills : Microsoft Project, Primavera P6 , Contract Management Software , Microsoft office, Document Management Systems, Project Management Software. Organization skills: Time Management, Task management, Planning, Attention to Detail, Problem-Solving, Communication, Problem-Solving. PMP or similar, Certified Federal Contracts Manager (CFCM) , Risk Management Professional (PMI-RMP) , ISO 9001 Lead Auditor Certification
